1 year manufacturer’s warranty
Only with us, you exclusively receive a 12-month warranty directly from the manufacturer on all LEVITAZ & FLYSURFER products! Every item undergoes strict inspection and is double-checked by professional personnel. If there are any questions about your product, we are always happy to help, even outside the warranty period.
24 months exclusive trim check
We trim every FLYSURFER soft kite for you free of charge! If the kite loses performance or exhibits unusual flight behavior, it’s time for a trim check. You can come to our showroom or send the kite to us. In addition, we are on site for you at all FLYSURFER Events. We will trim your kite and ensure that it performs like it did upon initial delivery.
At events or in our showroom, we can also show you how to quickly and easily check and trim your kite yourself.
